    We become international consultancy agency with consultants from Denmark, Italy and Belgium

    Foundation Tartu Business Advisory Services is created by Tartu County Government and Municipalities Union

    We are accepted into national network of development agencies

    Moving to a new location in Kastani 42

    Team is now with 10 members and we have our first international project with Dubai
